Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

1. Generate harmful content

• CSAM, sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits minors.
• Targeted harassment, hate speech, or content inciting violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Detailed instructions enabling mass-casualty weapons (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive) or critical-infrastructure attacks.
• Content designed to facilitate self-harm or suicide of an identifiable person.

2. Defraud or deceive

• Generate output to impersonate a real person without their consent for the purpose of fraud, defamation, or coercion.
• Generate disinformation campaigns, large-scale astroturfing, or content designed to manipulate elections.
• Generate fake reviews, fake credentials, or other content designed to deceive a buyer about a product or service.

3. Compromise security or privacy

• Probe, scan, or test the Service or any third-party system for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the Service to generate malware, ransomware, or exploitation toolkits intended for unauthorized access.
• Use the Service to dox individuals or aggregate personal data without lawful basis.

4. Abuse the Service itself

• Submit traffic with the intent to degrade availability for other users (DoS).
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, model-output safeguards, or access controls.
• Use the Service in violation of the underlying model licenses where applicable.
• Resell the Service as your own without a separate written agreement.

5. Violate applicable law

You may not use the Service in ways that violate the laws of Singapore, the laws of the country where you are located, or any sanctions regime (including but not limited to OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists).

6. Enforcement

• Suspected AUP violations may result in immediate suspension while we investigate.
• Confirmed violations result in termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.
• We may share information with law enforcement in response to valid legal process.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe content generated by or routed through the Service violates this AUP, write to simon@myapihq.com with the bearer-token identifier, timestamp, and description.

We aim to respond within 48 hours for active abuse; CSAM reports are escalated immediately and reported to authorities per Singapore law.
