Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-05-19 Operator: X80 Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) — "we", "us" Service: the MyAPI inference API at inference.myinferenceapi.com — "the Service"

By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and tokens

• The Service is accessed via bearer tokens issued by us (directly or via a routing partner such as OpenRouter).
• You are responsible for the security of your bearer tokens. Rotate them immediately if compromised.
• We may revoke a token at any time if usage violates these Terms or threatens the Service.

2. Acceptable use

See the Acceptable Use Policy. Violating the AUP is grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Service availability

• We target ≥99% monthly uptime for the inference endpoint.
• Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
• "Uptime" is measured as the percentage of requests where the Service either returns a non-5xx response or returns a 429 (overloaded) within reasonable latency. Per OpenRouter convention, transient capacity shortfalls are returned as 429 rather than 503.

4. Billing

• For direct customers, usage is billed monthly in arrears against the rate card associated with your account.
• For traffic routed through a partner (such as OpenRouter), billing is between you and that partner; we settle with the partner directly.
• Disputes about usage counts must be raised within 60 days of invoice issuance.

5. Content responsibility

You retain all rights in the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive. We do not claim ownership of either. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs (and your use of outputs) comply with applicable law and any third-party rights.

The models served may produce inaccurate, biased, or offensive output. The Service is provided as is; outputs are not warranted for fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your inputs or your use of outputs in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or where required by law.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Outstanding fees remain due.

9. Changes

We will notify customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
